Who we are and what these terms cover
These terms are an agreement between you and Wedding Professionals Blueprint, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company doing business as Wedding Professional's Blueprint ("WPB," "we," "us" or "our"). They cover your use of wedproblueprint.com, our course platform at wedproblueprint.learnworlds.com, and any course or certification you buy from us.
By using either site or buying a course, you're agreeing to these terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the sites or buy a course.
Using our websites
You're welcome to browse, read and share links to our sites. Please don't try to break, overload or get around the security of either site, scrape or copy content in bulk, or use the sites for anything unlawful.
Our courses are built for adults. You need to be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy a course.
Your account
To take a course you'll create an account on wedproblueprint.learnworlds.com. Please give us accurate information, keep it up to date and keep your password to yourself.
Your account is for you alone. Sharing your login, or letting someone else take a course under your name, isn't allowed, and we may suspend or close an account that's being shared. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so let us know right away if you think someone else has gotten into it.
Buying a course
Prices are listed in US dollars on each certification page and at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email. If we can't accept an order for any reason, we'll let you know and refund anything you've paid.
Schools, venues and other organizations buying for a group may have a separate written agreement with us. If there's a conflict, that agreement controls for those purchases.
Course access
When you buy a course, you get access to it for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that, your access ends unless you renew or purchase again.
Your access is personal to you and can't be transferred or resold. We may update lessons, activities and templates over time to keep them current, and we may occasionally take a site offline for maintenance.
Refunds
If a course isn't the right fit, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've completed less than 20% of the course.
To request a refund, email us at info@wedproblueprint.com with the name and email on your account. Once a refund is processed, your access to that course ends and any certificate or badge connected to it is no longer valid.
After 7 days, or once you've completed 20% or more of the course, purchases aren't refundable. Group and institutional purchases follow the refund terms in their own agreement.
Certificates and badges
When you finish all of a certification's requirements, you'll receive a certificate and a digital badge. They show that you completed our training. They aren't a government license, and they aren't a promise that any employer, venue or client will hire you.
We may withdraw a certificate or badge if it was earned through cheating, account sharing or a refunded purchase.
Our content and how you can use it
Everything in our courses and on our sites, including videos, lessons, activities, templates, checklists, text, graphics and our logos, belongs to us or the people we license it from.
You're welcome to use the templates and checklists in your own work, including with your own clients and at the events you work. Please don't copy, share, resell or republish course materials, post them publicly, or use them to create a competing course or training program.
Being a good classmate
If you post in any discussion area or send us content, keep it respectful and honest, and only share what you have the right to share. We may remove content or close accounts that don't follow these terms. By posting, you give us permission to display your post within the course.
If you send us a review or testimonial, you agree we can use it, with your first name, on our websites and in our marketing. You can ask us to stop using it at any time.
No guarantees of results
We work hard to teach real, practical skills, but what you do with them is up to you. We don't guarantee any job, income, client or business result from taking our courses.
Disclaimers and limits on liability
Our sites and courses are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't make any promises beyond the ones in these terms, including that the sites will always be available or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost business, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
Links and third-party services
Our sites use and link to services we don't control, like our payment provider and video host. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we'll let current students know by email. The terms in place when you made a purchase still apply to that purchase.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we both agree to their jurisdiction.
