“I would highly recommend it! I learned so much in a very reasonable amount of time and if someone is interested in coordinating weddings, I think this course is a great first step.”

About our certifications

What is Wedding Professional's Blueprint?

We're an online education company for the wedding industry. Our self-paced certifications teach the hands-on skills that make a wedding day run well, and they're built by wedding professionals who are actively working the roles they teach.

What certifications do you offer?

We're growing our lineup of certifications for wedding professionals. You'll find every certification that's open for enrollment, and what each one covers, on our certifications page.

How do the courses work?

Every certification is fully online and self-paced. You'll work through lessons, hands-on activities and templates from anywhere, on your own schedule, and each certification page lists about how many hours it takes.

What do I get when I finish?

A certificate and a digital badge you can share with clients, employers and the people you work with, plus the templates and tools you used along the way, which you'll keep using on the job.

How much does a certification cost?

Pricing is listed on our course platform at wedproblueprint.learnworlds.com, along with the full syllabus for each course. Training a team? Contact us for group details and pricing.

Do I need experience first?

Each certification page spells out who it's built for. Our courses are designed to work for people who are new to the wedding industry and for professionals who want to sharpen their skills and add a credential.

Careers and getting hired

Do I need a certification to be a wedding planner?

No, there's no license required to plan weddings in the US. But employers often ask what training you have, and couples feel the difference when their coordinator knows exactly what to do. A certification shows both that you've put in the work.

Will this help me get hired at a venue, caterer or planning company?

We can't promise anyone a job, but we built the course around the job itself: the timelines, the vendor handoffs and the real wedding day. That's exactly what hiring managers want to know you can handle, and your certificate gives you something concrete to point to in an interview.

Do you teach the business side, like pricing and marketing?

No, and that's on purpose. We focus on skills, meaning how to run a wedding well. If you're joining a venue, caterer or planning company, those skills are what you'll use every weekend.

Can I do this alongside my day job?

Yes. The course is self-paced, so you can fit it around work and family, and wedding coordination is something a lot of people start doing on weekends.

For schools and venues

Can schools offer this to their students?

Yes. We work with colleges and training programs that want to offer our training to their students. Reach out through our contact page and we'll walk you through how it works.

Can venues train their staff with it?

Yes, absolutely and we highly suggest it! Instead of spending your valuable time on training, provide the course to your new hires so they're prepared before their first day.

Taking the course

How long do I have access to the course?

You have access to the course for 12 months.

What if the course isn't right for me?

If a course isn't the right fit, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, as long as you've completed less than 20% of it. Just reach out through our contact page. You'll find the details in our Terms and Conditions.

Where do I log in?
