What we collect, how we use it and the choices you have.

This policy explains what personal information Wedding Professionals Blueprint, LLC, doing business as Wedding Professional's Blueprint ("WPB," "we," "us"), collects, how we use it and the choices you have. It applies to wedproblueprint.com, our course platform at wedproblueprint.learnworlds.com, and emails and forms connected to them.
The short version: we collect what we need to answer your questions, run your courses and improve our training, and we don't sell your personal information.
Information you give us: your name, email address and cell phone number when you fill out a contact form, plus anything you write in your message; your name, email and account details when you create a student account; and anything you share in course activities, discussions, surveys or reviews.
Purchase information: when you buy a course, our payment provider, Stripe, collects your card details and billing information. We receive confirmation of the purchase, but we never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: like most websites, our sites and service providers collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited and how you arrived at our site. On wedproblueprint.com we use Google Analytics, which uses cookies to show us, in aggregate, which pages people visit, how long they stay and how they found us; Google handles that data under its own privacy policy, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also use Optibase to test different versions of some pages, so we can learn which one is clearer and more helpful. You might see one version or another at random, and Optibase remembers which version you saw so the page looks the same when you come back. Optibase also records how visitors click and scroll on a page, which shows us where people get stuck. On the course platform, we also see your course progress and completion. We use your information to answer your questions and follow up on inquiries; set up your account and give you access to your courses; process purchases and refunds; issue certificates and badges; send you course updates and important account notices; send occasional news and offers if you've signed up for them; understand how people use our sites so we can improve them; and keep our sites secure and prevent fraud or misuse.
When you fill out a form on our website, you agree to receive communication from us by text, email, phone or other methods, including answers to your questions and news about our courses and offers. Agreeing isn't required to purchase a course. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, and use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We don't sell or share your phone number or consent with anyone for their own marketing.
Marketing emails and texts: every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any marketing text; you can use either one any time. We'll still send messages about your account and purchases.
Your information: you can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing info@wedproblueprint.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state's privacy laws, and we'll honor requests as the law requires. We may need to confirm your identity first, and we may keep some records when we're required to, like purchase records for tax purposes.

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the reasons in this policy: for example, while you have an active account, and afterward as long as needed to keep records of certificates earned, meet legal and tax requirements, and resolve disputes. When we no longer need it, we delete it or make it anonymous.
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or online service is perfectly secure, though, so please use a strong password and let us know right away if you think your account has been compromised.
Our sites and courses are for adults, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
We're based in the United States, and your information is stored and processed in the US. If you're visiting from outside the US, you understand that your information will be handled under US law.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page, and if the change is significant we'll let current students know by email.
